MANUAL METAL ARC WELDING AND GAS METAL ARC WELDING – OPTION (MMAW AND GMAW -OPTION) LEVEL 4
Welding (MMAW and GMAW -option) level 4 qualifications consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to carry out various welding processes including manual metal arc welding, and Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW).
The course duration is planned as follows: 6 weeks of theoretical training, 8 weeks of practical welding, 2 weeks of examination and 3 months of Industrial attachment. This on a full time basis. We however do offer part time personalized course schedules for students who cannot attend a full time schedule of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm except public holidays.
